How it works
We look at how you book, plan, invoice or communicate today. What works, what sticks, what is only there out of habit.
Tech comes after it is clear what is actually needed. Often a slim tool is enough. Sometimes a better order of work is enough.
AI supports the build, it is not the show. The result is software that fits your business, not a standard product with 80 percent extra.

You want the tool, not the course. I implement it, set it up, and you work with it. Typical: booking calendars, internal workflows, small apps that do one thing well.

Your job is different. There are no grown processes to unwind yet. The work is to set things up simply from day one, so you are not sitting on a mess in two years.
500 to 900 euros
We decide how you book, plan and follow up. What you need, what can wait, which tools you skip. You get a slim setup, not a bloated software landscape.
After that you learn to build it yourself (course and coaching on Alfima), or I build only the first tool if it is truly needed. This is not a discount on large commissions. It is less work because nothing has gone crooked yet.

These are not packages to tick off. They are an honest range so you know which league we are in. The exact price comes after a short conversation.
800 to 1,500 euros
Inspect processes, simplify them, recommend what is actually needed. You get clarity even if no tool is built afterwards.
1,500 to 2,500 euros
A slim tool that does one thing well. Setup, a short walkthrough, a few weeks of fixes if something sticks.

Several workflows, integrations, hosting. Priced by scope once it is clear what should be built. No agency theatre, and no dumping either.

Stance
No tracking beyond what is necessary. No data sales. No dark patterns. If you share data, you know exactly why.
I say when something does not work. No false promises, no inflated numbers. An honest answer beats a convenient one.
I only release what I can stand behind. German quality, European data protection standards. No release without a clear conscience.
